RTT® is highly effective for children, adolescents, and young people. Using age-appropriate techniques, hypnotherapy helps address challenges such as anxiety, low confidence, fears, sleep issues, emotional regulation, and school-related stress.

Sessions are gentle, supportive, and tailored to the child’s developmental stage, helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered. By working with the subconscious mind, I support young people in releasing unhelpful beliefs early on and building healthy emotional foundations that can positively shape their future.

For younger children (10 years+), creative methods like storytelling and metaphors are used, while teenagers benefit from exploring identity and overcoming limiting beliefs. RTT® can also support school reintegration after trauma or school absence.
